After the materials are cut using laser cutting, the next step is bending or shaping the materials according to the product design. This process uses a press brake machine that is capable of bending steel at precise angles without causing cracks or defects in the material. With bending, components that were originally flat sheets can be transformed into three-dimensional shapes that are ready for assembly.
After the bending process, the next step is welding. Each piece of shaped material is joined together to form a sturdy structure. The GCB Fabrication team uses MIG welding machines to ensure strong, pressure-resistant, and crack-resistant joints that can withstand extreme off-road conditions. This process is an important step in the manufacturing of the product before moving on to the final process.
